2024 is going to be a monumental year for Holistic Health Healing!

I am thrilled to share some exciting updates with you all.

 Most importantly, in December I became a dog mom to my sweet angel Cavapoo, Harbour. I have been waiting for the right time to bring Harbour into my life, and she is rare gift that I will forever feel grateful for. Harbour is joining HHH in the office so we are diligently working on puppy training and will eventually escalate her training to become a certified therapeutic service animal. She loves greeting everyone at the door and apologizes in advance if she mistaken you as a teething toy. 

 In addition to training Harbour, I am currently rearranging my scope of professional practices to reside within Miami Beach. I have moved my Anatomy restorative schedule to the new Miami Beach Flagship location at 1212 Alton Road and will be teaching there weekly Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. 

 In March I will be opening the doors to a new office space on Lincoln Road! I have been dreaming of curating a space of my own and will be expanding my therapeutic offerings. In addition to talk therapy, this space will allow me to facilitate small grief group therapy, intimate restorative rituals, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. 

 Lastly, I have a new rooftop in Sunset Harbour where I will be hosting rooftop rituals! The first rooftop ritual of 2024 will be on Sunday, February 4th from 4-6pm. I am capping these rituals to 11 participants so space will be limited, but I am delighted to have the opportunity to host these experiences under the stars once more!
