Rituals for release, remembrance, and integration

Quiet reflection, journaling, and meaningful conversation
Nature-based grounding at Bayshore Park
Essential oils + sensory elements for emotional regulation
Everything is designed to meet you where you are, without forcing anything.
Week 1 — Entering the Circle: Intention setting, group agreements, grounding meditation, grief orientation.
Week 2 — The Body Remembers: Somatic mapping, breathwork, restorative practice, gentle sharing.
Week 3 — The Story We Carry: Narrative grief work, myth debunking, journaling, group witnessing.
Week 4 — Edges of Sorrow: Release: Breathwork, symbolic release ritual, emotional processing, cold plunge optional.
Week 5 — Rebuilding the Self: Identity after loss, nature walk, meaning-making, heart-softening movement.
Week 6 — Integration + Closure: Personal rituals, group reflection, candle ceremony, closing circle.
This series is for anyone grieving the death of someone they love — whether your loss was recent or years ago. You belong here if:
you feel alone in your grief
your body holds tension, numbness, or overwhelm
you want a safe space to speak openly
you feel stuck between “moving on” and “moving through”
you crave gentle guidance, ritual, and community
This series is not a fit if you are currently:
in active crisis or suicidal ideation
within the first few weeks of an acute traumatic loss
unable to participate in group settings
seeking 1:1 therapy (I can refer you separately)
We’ll ensure safety through a brief intake process before you join.
