you feel alone in your grief

your body holds tension, numbness, or overwhelm

you want a safe space to speak openly

you feel stuck between “moving on” and “moving through”

you crave gentle guidance, ritual, and community

  • Who This Is Not For

This series is not a fit if you are currently:

in active crisis or suicidal ideation

within the first few weeks of an acute traumatic loss

unable to participate in group settings

seeking 1:1 therapy (I can refer you separately)
